It is suspended from the bridge that is the entrance to the Ballona Bike Path at the intersection of National Blvd. and Jefferson. It is 30 feet tall and can be accessed from a path at the eastern end of the pedestrian bridge (next to Alternative Rentals, 5805 W. Jefferson).
